Bring your little ghouls and goblins to Penarth Pier Pavilion on Tuesday 28th October, 10–11:30am for a fun-filled Halloween Half Term Children’s Arts & Crafts Day! 

Kids aged 5–11 (younger children welcome with adult help) can get creative making monsters from paper plates and wool, designing monster suncatchers, painting pebbles, and trying other spooky activities. 

All materials are provided, so just bring your imagination and enjoy a hands-on, colourful, and magical Halloween experience by the sea.
