Mummy & Baby Yoga

A time for you and your baby at these Mother and Baby Yoga sessions
Postnatal recovery is essential to the wellbeing of new mums. In this class we focus upon the recovery and well being of mums and encouraging the babies to come from the womb to the room.

A typical class will try to help with the following:-
For Mums- relieve stress and tension in the neck, shoulders and lower back. Pelvic Floor recovery and ultimately a time to relax.
For Babies- Hip opening sequences, wind relieving postures and much more.
